Over 30 years ago, I-5 Design Build began creating unique, high-impact projects for the retail, gaming, and entertainment industries. Today, I-5 puts this multi-disciplined experience to use in providing turnkey project solutions designed to maximize the impact and draw of gaming and entertainment facilities.
I-5 has worked directly on over 120 gaming locations, including redesigning and remodeling well over 200 individual venues, throughout the United States and Canada. This has provided excellent design and construction solutions for transforming individual venues, gaming spaces, and entire properties.

Design
In the design stage, we listen closely to each client’s vision and goals for each specific project to create signature destinations. During this time our design, architectural, and construction teams collaborate to address site conditions and provide excellent solutions for the operational needs and efficiency of each project.
Off-Site Construction
Our unique multi-disciplined approach to building and implementing projects includes pre-constructing large architectural structures and finish components in I-5's facility to produce exceptional quality and impact, and facilitate the most efficient process for consistently delivering excellence for our projects.
Onsite Performance
Onsite transformations are planned and performed so as to create an onsite "performance" and minimize guest disruption during projects, maximizing the visual impact and quality, and produce an enjoyable experience for both staff and guests throughout the project.
